SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 321(b) of article 43 - Health, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume
and 1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Article 43 - Health
321.
(b) The Board shall charge a fee of [$25] $30 for a
new shop inspection.
