FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the bailiff of
the Orphans' Court of Baltimore County; and

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 7-67 of the Public Local Laws of
Baltimore County being Article 3 of the Public Local Laws
of Maryland (1968 Edition and 1975 Supplement, as
amended) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
Article 3
7-67.
The judges of orphans' court may appoint a bailiff,
who shall attend each sitting of the court and perform
such duties as the court and register of wills [may
direct, and shall be paid an] DIRECTS. THE annual salary
of [four thousand dollars] THE BAILIFF IS $6000.
