AN ACT concerning
Advisory Council on Vocational-Technical Education
FOR the purpose of reconstituting the State Advisory
Council on Vocational-Technical Education; providing
for its composition, functions, and duties; enabling
the council to receive and administer certain funds;
creating certain local advisory councils and
providing for their composition, function, and
duties; requiring certain State units to cooperate
with the State council; correcting certain obsolete
references; and generally relating to
vocational—technical education,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 409A, 409C, 409E and 409H to be
under the amended subtitle "39A Advisory Councils on
Vocational—Technical Education" of Article 41 -
Governor—Executive and Administrative Departments, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and
1976 Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
