AN ACT concerning
The Washington Suburban Sanitary District
(Refunding Bonds)
MC/PG 101-77
FOR the purpose of authorizing the issuance of refunding
bonds by the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission
for certain purposes; providing that the bonds may
bear dates and interest rates, and contain other
terms as provided for by commission resolution or
resolutions; providing for the investment and use of
the proceeds of the bonds; providing for a tax to
service the bonds and for benefit charges; relating
generally to the issuance of refunding bonds by the
Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission; providing
for the approval by the Montgomery and Prince
George's Counties governing todies of the plan for
issuing refunding bonds; and making this Act an
emergency measure.
