SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 215 through 221 of the Public
Local Laws of St. Mary's County being Article 19 of the
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1965 Edition and 1974
Supplement, as amended) be and it is hereby repealed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

FOR the purpose of altering the amount of certain bond
authorizations for St. Mary's College.

Article 77A — Higher Education
Section 14C (b)and 14D(a)
Annotated Code of Maryland
(1975 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections l4C(b) and 14D(a) of Article 77A
- Higher Education, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1975 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and they
are hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:
Article 77A - Higher Education
14C.
In order to provide additional facilities for the
public colleges under its direction and control, the
board of trustees of St. Mary's College of Maryland is
hereby authorized and empowered, from time to time:
(b) To issue revenue bonds of the board of
trustees not to exceed in the aggregate [$3,000,000.00]
$10 MILLION for the purpose of paying all or any part of
the cost of any one or more of said housing units;
