LAWS OF MARYLAND
CARCINOGENIC. IF THE DEPARTMENT FINDS THAT SUCH A CHEMICAL COULD BE CARCINOGENIC IT SHALL INFORM THE PUBLIC OF THIS FINDING ALONG WITH ANY DEFECTIONS WHICH COULD REDUCE THE DANGER. 895 896. IF THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND MENTAL HYGIENE HAS
PROBABLE CAUSE TO BELIEVE THAT A PRODUCT VIOLATES THE
STANDARDS ADOPTED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE, THE SECRETARY OF
THE DEPARTMENT, UPON APPLICATION TO THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR
THE COUNTY IN WHICH THE PRODUCT IS LOCATED, MAY EMBARGO
THE PRODUCT. 896 897. ANY PERSON WHO WILFULLY VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF THIS SUBTITLE IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND UPON
CONVICTION IS SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $1,000 OR
IMPRISONMENT NOT EXCEEDING SIX MONTHS, OR BOTH.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977. Approved May 17, 1977.
CHAPTER 574 (House Bill 1567) AN ACT concerning Journeyman Barbers - Licensing FOR the purpose of permitting certain beauty operators to
be given a certain amount of credit towards
obtaining a license as a journeyman barber;
specifying duties of the State Board of Barber
Examiners; restructuring as appropriate; and
generally relating to the training and licensing of
journeyman barbers. BY repealing Article 43 - Health Section 315 Annotated Code of Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) BY adding to
