AN ACT concerning
Anne Arundel County — Dog Licenses
FOR the purpose of providing that certain dog license
fees in Anne Arundel County shall be determined by
the County Council.

(1972 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 191(m) be and it is hereby
added to Article 56 — Licenses, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) to
read as follows:
Article 56 — Licenses
191.
(M) IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY, THE FEES FOR DOG AND
KENNEL LICENSES SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE COUNTY COUNCIL
OF ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.
