Preamble
WHEREAS, In subsection (a) of § 292 in Article 43
"Nursing education—" at the beginning of paragraph (i)
in that subsection and "Nursing service—" at the
beginning of paragraph (ii) were omitted by Chapter 460,
Acts of 1976.
Subsection (a) of § 367B, added in Article 43 by
Chapter 54, Acts of 1976, begins "A deceased human" but
should be "A deceased human body".
In paragraph (2) of subsection (b) in § 490 of
Article 43, as amended by Chapter 404, Acts of 1976, an
"or" should have appeared instead of the comma between
"competence" and "rendering".
Near the end of subsection (c) of § 493 in Article
4 3, as amended by Chapter 404, Acts of 1976, there is a
reference to "Article 15A of this Code, title 'Budget and
Procurement'". Article 15A is now entitled "Budget and
Fiscal Planning".
In the third sentence in subsection (a) of § 568F,
Article 43, as amended by Chapter 528, Acts of 1976, "to"
should appear immediately preceding "(1)".
The last word in subsection (b) of 797 in Article
43, as amended by Chapter 78, Acts of 1976, should be
"licensees" rather than "licenses".
In subsection (a) of § 862 of Article 43, a period
should follow the word "Workers" immediately preceding
the last sentence in subsection (a).
Near the end of the § 879 added by Chapter 249 there
is a reference to "§ 559 (a-1) of this Code". The word
"Code" should be "Article".
Near the and of the first sentence of § 882 added by
Chapter 249, "as" should be "at".
Subsection (o) of the § 884 which was added in
Article 43 by Chapter 792, Acts of 1976, provides that
the Commission on High Blood Pressure shall be composed
of 14 members. An amendment to the bill increased the
number of members from 12 to 14. No similar change was
made in subsection (e); therefore, "12" should be "14".
In subsection (d) of § 889 in Article 43, which was
added by Chapter 793 of the Acts of 1976, "execution"
should be "exception" and "4(a) (2)" should be
"890(a) (2)". In subsection (a) of § 890, "888" should be
"889" and in subsection (a) of § 891, "888" should be
"889"; now, therefore,
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 292(a), 367B(a), 490(b)(2),
