shall be obtained by every real estate broker for each
and every branch office maintained in this State.

shall take effect July 1, 1977.

the purpose of authorizing the State Board of
Education and the State Board for Higher Education
to require certain institutions within their
respective jurisdictions under its jurisdiction to
file performance bonds in certain form and amount;
providing that such bonds shall be conditioned upon
the faithful performance of certain duties by the
institutions; and limiting the aggregate liability
of a surety under such bonds; and providing for
payment by a surety of the amount of the bond to
certain persons where there is a possibility of
excess liability.
