21-1004.
(e) Stopping, standing, or parking on private
property.
(1) A person may not stop, stand, or park a
vehicle on any private property not owned by the owner or
driver of the vehicle after he has been requested by
unless the person has express or implied permission from
the property owner, his tenant, or his agent to remove
the vehicle from the premises STOP, STAND, OR PARK THE
VEHICLE, AS THE CASE MAY BE.
(2) IN BALTIMORE CITY OR IN ANY COUNTY, UPON
THE REQUEST OF THE OWNER, HIS AGENT, OR HIS TENANT, A
POLICE OFFICER SHALL MAY ISSUE A CITATION FOR A VIOLATION
OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

(Senate Bill 1175)
AN ACT concerning
The Preservation of Consumers' Claims
and Defenses — Consumer Credit Contracts
FOR the purpose of changing consumers' rights to raise
claims and defenses against certain creditors in
certain consumer credit sales; and requiring certain
statements be included in certain consumer credit
contracts providing that it is an unfair or
deceptive trade practice not to include certain
notices on certain consumer credit contracts;
providing an exception; clarifying language; and
providing for enforcement by the Consumer Protection
Division of the Office of the Attorney General.
