2-3. (a) Each member of the boards of the several
political subdivisions of the State shall receive an
annual salary of not less than the following amounts: (15) Kent County: [$400.] (I)         CHAIRMAN PRESIDENT $900 $1,250 (II)       ASSOCIATE MEMBERS $750 $1,000
(18) Queen Anne's County: [$500.] (I)         CHAIRMAN PRESIDENT $900 $1,250 (II)       ASSOCIATE MEMBERS $750 $1,000
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect June 1, 1977. Approved May 17, 1977.
CHAPTER 375 (Senate Bill 1154) AN ACT concerning Baltimore City Parking on Private Property FOR the purpose of providing that a person may not stop,
stand, or park a vehicle on private property without permission; and authorizing police officers in Baltimore City or any county to issue a parking
citation to a person parked on private property in
violation of this provision. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Transportation Section 21-1004(e) Annotated Code of Maryland (As enacted by Chapter 14 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1977)
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 21-1004(e) of Article -
Transportation, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As
enacted by Chapter 14 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1977) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
