CHAPTER 375
(Senate Bill 1154)
AN ACT concerning
Baltimore City Parking on Private Property
FOR the purpose of providing that a person may not stop,
stand, or park a vehicle on private property without
permission; and authorizing police officers in
Baltimore City or any county to issue a parking
citation to a person parked on private property in
violation of this provision.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article - Transportation
Section 21-1004(e)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 21-1004(e) of Article -
Transportation, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As
enacted by Chapter 14 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1977) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
