River, and with said river to the Big Black Water Bridge,
shall constitute the new district No. 4, or Taylor's
Island District[ , with the voting place of Taylor's
Island]; and all that part of said Fourth or Taylor's
Island District lying to the eastward of said line of
division, shall constitute the 16th or Madison
District[, and the voting place shall be at Madison].
10-16.
There is hereby created a new election district in
Dorchester County, to be known as the Seventeenth or
Salem Election District or Dorchester County, and to be
formed of parts of the Third or Vienna Election District,
the Eleventh or Drawbridge Election District, and the
Fourteenth or Linkwood Election District of said county[,
and the polling place of said new district shall be in
the village of Salem].
10-18.
There is hereby created a new election district in
Dorchester County, to be known as the Eighteenth or
Elliott's Island Election District of Dorchester County,
to be formed of the territory, which is now embraced in
[precinct number three] PART of Election District number
ten, or Straits[, and the polling place shall be at the
same place where the polling place of said precinct
number three, of Straits Election District, is now
located ].

Election District No. 2 of Dorchester County is
hereby divided into two voting precincts to be known as
the "First" and "Second" Election Precinct of the Second
Election District of said Dorchester County, the division
line between the said precincts shall be as follows:
Beginning at the mouth of Cabin Creek, thence
running easterly with the center of said creek to a point
opposite the northern boundary between the lands of J.A.
Bakers and Nat. Moxey; thence intersecting the said
boundary between the lands of J.A. Bakers and Nat. Moxey,
running due south till intersecting the northern branch
of Warwick River; thence running easterly with center of
said branch of Warwick River to a point opposite the
northern boundary between the lands of John Phelan and
S.L. Webster; thence intersecting said boundary and
running southerly with the line between the lands of John
Phelan and S.L. Webster straight on till intersecting the
center of the State road leading from New East Market to
Cambridge; thence westerly with the center of said State
road till intersecting the line between East New Market
and Linkwood; thence northerly with the western line of
East New Market District to the mouth of Cabin Creek, the
place of beginning. The voting or polling place for the
said First Precinct shall, be East New Market, the former
