south direction, a distance of one hundred and
ninety—four and seven—tenths feet to another boundary
there planted, thence in a southeast direction three
hundred and forty-eight feet to the Northwest corner of
the store, now occupied by E.M. Skinner & Bro., said last
named bounder being one hundred and thirty-four feet
distant from the westward curb of Race Street, thence in
a southward direction parallel with Pine Street to a
bounder planted in the middle of Washington Street;
thence continuing in the same course to the southern
limits of the town of Cambridge, thence in a
southwesterly direction to the head of Egypt Road, thence
with said road in the center thereof to the line of the
Ninth Election District of said county and thence in an
easterly direction in a straight line to Maple Dam
Bridge.] [10-7. It shall be the duty of the Supervisors of Election
for Dorchester County to have the names of all those
registered voters who now live in the said Second
Precinct to the east and north of the said lines
transferred to the proper registration books of the First
Precinct of Cambridge, said registered voters whose
family names begin with letters ranging from A. to N,
both inclusive to be transferred to the registration book
of the said First Precinct which includes or contains the
names of all registered voters of said precinct from A.
to N. and said registered voters whose family names begin
with letters ranging from O. to Z, both inclusive to be
transferred to the registration books of the First
Precinct which includes or contains all the registered
voters of said precinct from N. to O. both inclusive,
provided that upon the failure to transcribe the name of
any voter now registered, he or she shall have the right
to vote where he or she was formerly registered.] 10-8. There is hereby created a new election district in
Dorchester County, to be known as the Fifteenth or
Hurlock Election District of Dorchester County, and to be
formed of parts of the Second or East New Market Election
District, and of the Twelfth or Williamsburg Election
District of said county[, and the polling place of said
new district shall be the village of Hurlock]. 10-13. The Fourth or Taylor's Island Election District of
Dorchester County is hereby divided into two election
districts, to be called District No. 4 or Taylor's Island
District, and District No. 16 or Madison District; and
all that part of the said Fourth or Taylor's Island
District westward of a line beginning with the head
waters of Parsons Creek and running with Stewart's Canal
to its intersection, with the head waters of Black Water
