3631-3632 of the Laws of 1975 as amended by this act
providing for a Community Adult Rehabilitation Center in
Howard County;
Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services - Division of Correction - Headquarters - To
supplement the appropriation "Construction of a Community
Correctional Center (approximately 108 beds) in Baltimore
City...", $1,910,000, Section 5 E 1(a)(5) of Chapter 886
and found on page 3632 of the Laws of 1975 as amended by
this act providing for a Community Adult Rehabilitation
Center in Baltimore City;
Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services — Division of Correction - Headquarters - To
supplement the appropriation "Construction of a Community
Correctional Center (approximately 108 beds) in Prince
George's County...", $1,850,000, Section 5 E 1 (a) (6) of
Chapter 886 and found on page 3632 of the Laws of 1975 as
amended by this act providing for A Community Adult
Rehabilitation Center in Prince George's County;
Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services Division of Correction Headquarters
Planning and preparation of detailed plans and
specifications to convert the Eastern Correctional Camp
and the Poplar Hill Correctional Camp into Regional
Community Correctional Center, $50,000, Section 5-E-1(a)
(8) of Chapter 886 and found on page 3633 of the Laws of
1975 as amended by this act providing for Community Adult
Rehabilitation Centers in Wicomico and Queen Anne's
Counties;
Department of Public Safety and Correctional
Services - Division of Correction - Headquarters —
Acquisition of a site for a Community Correctional Center
in Prince George's County, $60,000, Section 5 E 1(a) (9)
of Chapter 886 and found on page 3633 of the Laws of 1975
as amended by this act providing for a Community Adult
Rehabilitation Center in Prince George's County.
The aforementioned items are described by reference,
but every such reference shall be deemed to include the
full description of the item as set forth in the
respective sections of Chapter 886 of the Laws of 1975 as
amended by this act. There shall be allowed an
additional period of two years beginning on the effective
date of this act, for placing the aforementioned projects
under contract. If said projects, or any of them shall
not have been placed under contract within a period of
two years beginning on the effective date of this act,
then, as to any such project not so placed under
