in which the Court of Special Appeals has denied or
granted:
(1) Leave to prosecute an appeal in a

(3) Leave to appeal from a refusal to issue a writ
of habeas corpus sought for the purpose of determining
the right to bail or the appropriate amount of tail;

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 2-309(c)(1) of Article - Courts
and Judicial Proceedings, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1974 Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
