SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 16-303 and 12-113(b)(1) of
Article — Transportation of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (As enacted by Chapter ___ 14 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of 1977) be and they are hereby
repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
Article — Transportation
16-303.
A person may not drive a motor vehicle on any
highway in this State while his license or privilege to
drive is refused, canceled, suspended, or revoked IN
MARYLAND THIS STATE OR ANY OTHER STATE A LICENSE ISSUED
BY ANY OTHER STATE IS CANCELLED, SUSPENDED, OR REVOKED.
12-113.
(b) (1) A certified copy of any record of the
administration OR COMPARABLE AGENCY OF ANY STATE is
admissible in any judicial proceeding in the same manner
as the original of the record.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
