2014                                             LAWS OF MARYLAND                                  Ch. 306 HEMOPHILIA; OR WHO IS BLIND OR WHOSE VISION IS SUBSTANTIALLY IMPAIRED. (B)           THE ALTERNATE POLLING PLACE SHALL BE LOCATED
IN THE SAME COUNTY OR BALTIMORE CITY AS THE POLLING PLACE
WHERE THE VOTER RESIDES AND MUST SHALL, IF POSSIBLE, MUST
BE ONE IN WHICH THE BALLOT USED IS IDENTICAL TO THE
BALLOT IN THE POLLING PLACE WHERE THE VOTER RESIDES. (C)           THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IF A STRUCTURALLY
BARRIER FREE ALTERNATE POLLING PLACE MEETING THE
PROVISIONS OF SUBSECTION (B) IS AVAILABLE, HOWEVER, WHERE
IT IS NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE THE PURPOSES OF THIS SECTION,
THE BOARD MAY PROVIDE FOR THE USE OF PAPER BALLOTS IN ANY
STRUCTURALLY BARRIER FREE POLLING PLACE WHICH IS AVAILABLE.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect January 1, 1979 contingent upon the taking effect of Chapter ____ of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1977, a Constitutional Amendment
authorizing the General Assembly to provide for voting in a ward or election district other than the ward or district of the voter's residence, and if Chapter ___ does not become effective, this Act shall be null and
void without the necessity of further action by the
General Assembly.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Driving ? Cancelled Out Of State License FOR the purpose of making it an offense for a person to
drive in Maryland if his license has been cancelled,
refused, suspended or revoked in Maryland or a license issued by any other State is cancelled, suspended, or revoked; and providing for the admissibility of certified copies of certain records
in judicial proceedings. BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Transportation
Section 16-303 and 12-113(b)(1)
