of the Constitution of the State of Maryland, and shall
furnish bond in the penalty of $2,000 to the board of
license commissioners of Anne Arundel County and the
Board of County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County
jointly, conditioned "that inspector shall well and
faithfully execute the office in all things appertaining
thereto." The cost of the bond shall be paid by the
County Commissioners of Anne Arundel County. The
inspectors for Anne Arundel County shall be known as the
"liquor inspectors for Anne Arundel County." There shall
be a full—time administrator to the board whose annual
salary shall be fixed by the board not exceeding $8,500
nor less than $7,500. There shall be a full-time
secretary to the board whose annual salary shall be fixed
by the board not exceeding $7,360 nor less than $6,500,
and a full-time clerk to the board at an annual salary of
$3,300, and an attorney to the board, at an annual salary
of $4,000.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

(House Bill 1862)
AN ACT concerning
Maryland Transportation Authority — Revenue Bonds
FOR the purpose of clarifying certain provisions under
which the Maryland Transportation Authority is
permitted to issue and sell revenue bonds to finance
construction of transportation facilities projects
to be secured by one or more trust agreements and
the payment of rentals, rates, fees, tolls, or other
charges from one or more of these projects.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article — Transportation
Section 4-312(b) , 4-313(a)(1) and 4-314
Annotated Code of Maryland
(As enacted by Chapter ____ of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1977)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 4-312(b), 4-313(a)(1) and 4-314
of Article - Transportation, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (As enacted by Chapter ____ of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1977) be and they are hereby repealed
