SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 4-744 be and it is hereby
added to Article — Natural Resources, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1974 Replacement Volume and 1976
Supplement) to read as follows:
Article — Natural Resources
4-744.
THE DEPARTMENT SHALL ISSUE A SYNOPSIS OF LAWS
COVERING PERTINENT INFORMATION WHEN ISSUING ANY
COMMERCIAL FISHING LICENSE. IT SHALL INCLUDE A CHART OR
ADEQUATE DESCRIPTION OF RESTRICTED WATERS SHALL BE
AVAILABLE AT COST UPON REQUEST.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Caroline County - General Obligation Bonds
FOR the purpose of authorizing and empowering the County
Commissioners of Caroline County to borrow upon the
full faith and credit of the County Commissioners of
Caroline County an amount or amounts not exceeding
Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000)
and to issue and sell bonds therefor for the purpose
of planning, constructing and equipping an addition
to the Caroline County Nursing Home owned by
Caroline County and paying the expenses of issuance
and sale; providing that such bonds shall be exempt
from taxation and providing for the levy of taxes in
