SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 8-106(a-18) of Article - Courts
and Judicial Proceedings, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1974 Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows;
Article — Courts and Judicial Proceedings
8-106.
(a—18) Montgomery County - $15[; no mileage
allowance] EXPENSE MONEY[; no overtime.] PLUS AN
ADDITIONAL $5 EXPENSE MONEY IF THE JUROR'S SERVICE
EXTENDS PAST 6:00 P.M.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
