(2) THE SUM OF: (I)   THE HEIGHT PERMITTED IN THE ADJOINING
APPROACH ZONE DISTRICT AT A POINT ON ITS CENTERLINE AT
RIGHT ANGLES TO THE STRUCTURE, TREE, OR VEGETATION; PLUS (II)    1 FOOT OF HEIGHT FOR EACH 10 FEET THAT
THE STRUCTURE, TREE, OR VEGETATION IS DISTANT FROM THE
SIDE BOUNDARY OF THE ADJOINING APPROACH ZONE DISTRICT
MEASURED HORIZONTALLY ALONG A LINE PERPENDICULAR TO THE
CENTERLINE OF THE ADJOINING APPROACH ZONE DISTRICT. (G) SAME—-TURNING ZONE DISTRICT. WITHIN THE TURNING ZONE DISTRICT, WHICH INCLUDES ALL
THE LAND THAT IS WITHIN 4 MILES FROM A POINT WITHIN THE
AIRPORT PROPERTY THE MARYLAND GRID COORDINATES OF WHICH ARE E893,909.99--N490,279.30 AND THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN AN APPROACH OR TRANSITION ZONE DISTRICT, THE HEIGHT OF
ANY STRUCTURE, TREE, OR VEGETATION MAY NOT EXCEED 280
FEET ABOVE MEAN SEA LEVEL. (H) SAME—OVERLAPPING DISTRICTS. WHERE DISTRICTS OVERLAP, THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT
PERMITTED IS THAT OF THE DISTRICT WITH THE MOST STRINGENT
HEIGHT REGULATION. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 1A, §8-802(k). Subsection (a) of this section is new language
derived from present §8-802(k)(2) and added
for clarity. The present phrase "and which is
made part of these airport zoning regulations
as though written herein" is deleted as
unnecessary. The only other changes are in style. 5-510. PROHIBITED USES. EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS SUBTITLE, A PERSON MAY
NOT USE ANY LAND LOCATED WITHIN ANY AIRPORT ZONING
DISTRICT CREATED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE FOR ANY: (1)       TRANSFORMER STATION; (2)       HIGH-TOWER TRANSMISSION LINE; (3)           MANUFACTURING ESTABLISHMENT OR OTHER USE THAT
PRODUCES SMOKE THAT WOULD INTERFERE WITH THE SAFE USE OF
THE AIRPORT; (4)        RIFLE RANGE OR PRIVATE LANDING FIELD THAT WOULD
INTERFERE WITH THE HEALTH, SAFETY, OR GENERAL WELFARE OF
THE PUBLIC IN THE USE OF THE AIRPORT;
