(c) In Howard County the hours during which
alcoholic beverages may be sold or delivered to retail
license holders by holders of wholesalers' licenses shall

day except Sundays.
(d) In Anne Arundel and Frederick counties, the
hours during which alcoholic beverages may be sold or
delivered to retail license holders by holders of
wholesalers' licenses shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12
o'clock midnight, on every day except Sundays.
(e) In Prince George's County the hours during
which alcoholic beverages may be sold or delivered to
retail license holders by holders of wholesalers'
licenses shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock
midnight, on every day except Sundays.
(f) In Montgomery County, the hours during which
alcoholic beverages may be sold or delivered to retail
license holders by the department of liquor control shall
be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight, on every
day except Sundays.
(g) In Charles County, the hours during which
alcoholic beverages may be sold or delivered to retail
license holders by holders of wholesalers' licenses shall
be from 6 o'clock a.m. to 12 o'clock midnight, on every
day except Sundays.]
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 80 be and it is hereby added to Article 2B —
Alcoholic Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1976 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) to read as
follows:

80.
(A) IN THE SUBDIVISIONS ENUMERATED BELOW THE HOURS
DURING WHICH ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE SOLD OR DELIVERED
TO RETAIL LICENSE HOLDERS BY HOLDERS OF WHOLESALERS'
LICENSES ARE FROM 6:00 A.M. TO MIDNIGHT, ON EVERY DAY
EXCEPT SUNDAYS AND ELECTION DAYS:
