AN ACT concerning
Washington County — Alcoholic Beverages
(Wholesaler's License)
FOR the purpose of permitting wholesalers to sell or
deliver alcoholic beverages to retail license
holders on certain days in Washington County and St.
Mary's Counties; and restructuring and clarifying
language.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 80 of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed:

(a) Except in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Charles,
Frederick, Howard, Montgomery and Prince George's
counties, the hours during which alcoholic beverages may
be sold or delivered to retail license holders by holders
of wholesalers' licenses shall be from 6 o'clock a.m. to
12 o'clock midnight, on every day except Sundays and
election days.
(b) In Baltimore County the hours during which
alcoholic beverages may be sold or delivered to retail
license holders by holders of wholesalers' licenses shall
