Maryland Real Estate and Investment Company's addition to
Hyattsville, thence westerly with the boundary line to
the centerline of 43rd Place, thence northerly with the
centerline of 43rd Place to the centerline of Colesville
Road, thence westerly with the centerline of Colesville
Road to the centerline of Queens Chapel Road, thence
southwesterly with the centerline of Queens Chapel Road
to the northerly boundary of the property formerly owned
by the Sisters of Providence (described in a deed from
the United States of America to H. C. Delozier recorded
in Liber 802, Folio 306 of the land records of Prince
George's County), the boundary being also the northerly
boundary of block 19, section 5, Queens Chapel Manor as
shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book 14, Plat 56, thence
westerly with the northerly and westerly boundaries of
the property to the centerline of Nicholson Street,
formerly Kirkwood Road, thence westerly with the
centerline of Nicholson Street to the centerline of Ager
Road, thence southerly with the centerline of Ager Road,
thence easterly to the centerline of the Northwest
Branch, thence southeasterly with the centerline of the
Northwest Branch to the junction of the Northwest Branch
with the Northeast Branch, thence northeasterly with the
centerline of the Northeast Branch to the centerline of
Alexandria Branch of the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad,
thence southerly with the centerline of the Baltimore and
Ohio Railroad to the northerly boundary line of Linwood
Subdivision, thence following the northerly boundary of
Linwood Subdivision easterly to the centerline of a small
branch at a point near the intersection of the eastward
projection of Webster Street and the southerly projection
of 52nd Avenue, thence easterly with the centerline of
the small branch to the centerline of Edmonston Road,
thence with the centerline of Edmonston Road northerly to
the point of beginning.] (iv) School board district IV [shall
consist] CONSISTS of precincts 1 and 2 of election
district 16, election district 2 in its entirety, and
precincts 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 and 9 of election district 20. (v) School board district V [shall
consist] CONSISTS of election districts 3, 7, 14 and 15
in their entirety, precincts 4 and 5 of election district
20, and precinct 4 of election district 13. (vi) School board district VI [shall
consist] CONSISTS of precincts 1,2, [and] 3, AND 5 of
election district 13, election district 18 in its
entirety, and precinct 8 of election district 20. (vii) School board district VII [shall
consist] CONSISTS of precincts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 10, 11, 12,
15, 16 and 17 of election district 6. (viii) School board district VIII [shall
consist] CONSISTS of precincts 8, 9 and 14 of election
district 6 and election district 12 in its entirety.
