(B) EVERY VETERINARY HOSPITAL SHALL BE LICENSED BY
THE BOARD. THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $10. THE LICENSE
SHALL BE APPLIED FOR AND ISSUED TO THE OWNER OF THE
HOSPITAL.
(C) THE BOARD MAY REJECT AN APPLICATION, OR
SUSPEND OR REVOKE THE LICENSE FOR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE
FACILITY PROPERLY. THE REJECTION, SUSPENSION, OR
REVOCATION SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROCEDURES SET
OUT IN § 2-311.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 3(r) and 4(a) and (b) of Article
25 — County Commissioners, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be
and they are hereby repealed and reenacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
