8-106.
(a-10) Cecil County — [$12.00] $15; 15 cents
mileage allowance. IF A JUROR'S SERVICE EXTENDS PAST
6:00 P.M. ON ANY DAY, HE SHALL RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL
DAY'S PAY.
(a-17) Kent County — [$10] $15; 15 cents
mileage [for each mile or fraction of a mile over five
miles traveled going to and returning from the court once
each term] ALLOWANCE. If a juror's service extends past
6:00 p.m. on any day, he shall receive an additional
day's pay.
(a-20) Queen Anne's County — $15; [no] 15
CENTS mileage allowance; if a juror's service extends
past 6:00 p.m. on any day, the juror shall receive an
additional day's pay.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

to certain entities providing information which

definition of "person".
