SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 57 of Article 78 - Public Service
Commission Law, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
Article 78 — Public Service Commission Law
57.
The Commission shall make an annual report,
SUMMARIZING THE ACTIVITIES OF THE COMMISSION, to the
Governor and the General Assembly on or before the third
Wednesday of [February] MARCH of each year[, which shall
contain copies of all Commission rules, regulations and
orders of the calendar year covered by the report, and
any other information which the Commission deems of
value]. THE COMMISSION ALSO SHALL PUBLISH ANNUALLY A
REPORT WHICH SHALL INCLUDE THE SUMMARY OF COMMISSION
ACTIVITIES, AS SELL AS ALL RULES, REGULATIONS, OPINIONS,
AND ORDERS PROMULGATED OR ENTERED BY THE COMMISSION
DURING THE CALENDAR YEAR COVERED BY THE ANNUAL REPORT,
AND ANY OTHER INFORMATION WHICH THE COMMISSION DEEMS OF
VALUE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

(Inspectors Salary)
FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the liquor
