Alcoholic Beverages — Application for License
FOR the purpose of altering the requirements for an
application for certain licenses.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 56(5) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages
56.
Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, every
new application for a license shall be made to the board
of license commissioners or the clerks of court upon
forms prescribed by the Comptroller and sworn to by the
applicant. Every application for a license shall contain
the following statements:
(5) The age[, ] AND sex [and color] of the
applicant;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
