ADMINISTRATION UNDER §5-422 OF THIS SUBTITLE FOR FEDERAL
MONEY ACCEPTED ON BEHALF OF A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION.
(D) DISPOSITION OF MONEY RECEIVED.
UNLESS OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY THE PERSON FROM WHOM
THE MONEY WAS RECEIVED, ALL MONEY RECEIVED BY THE
ADMINISTRATION UNDER THIS SECTION IS SUBJECT TO §3-216 OF
THIS ARTICLE ON THE TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 1A, §7-703(f).
In subsection (c) of this section, the broader
term "political subdivision" is substituted
for "municipalities" to conform to the
provisions of the referenced §5—422 of this
subtitle.
The only other changes are in style.
As to funds received under this section, see,
also, Art. 15A, §§5 and 6 of the Code.
5-412. OPERATION OF STATE OWNED AIRPORTS.
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW, THE
ADMINISTRATION SHALL OPERATE AND ADMINISTER ALL STATE
OWNED AIRPORTS.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from Art. 1A,
§4-402.
5-413. BALTIMORE-WASHINGTON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
(A) RETIREMENT SYSTEM FOR FIRE RESCUE SERVICE.
EACH FULL TIME EMPLOYEE OF THE STATE AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION FIRE RESCUE SERVICE SHALL BECOME A MEMBER
OF THE BALTIMORE CITY FIRE AND POLICE EMPLOYEES
RETIREMENT SYSTEM. THE ADMINISTRATION SHALL REIMBURSE
THE CITY FOR THE EMPLOYER'S COST OF THE PENSION COVERAGE.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language
derived without substantive change from the
last sentence of Art. 1A, §9-902, as it
relates to the Fire Rescue Service. Those of
its provisions that relate to the State
Aviation Administration Police Force now
appear in §5—212(e) of this title.
The correct current name, "State Aviation
Administration Fire Rescue Service", is
substituted for the obsolete reference to the
"airport fire-fighting force".
