SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 361B be and it is hereby added
to Article 48A — Insurance Code, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) to
read as follows:
Article 48A — Insurance Code
361B.
ALL DECISIONS AND FINDINGS OF THE COMMISSIONER MADE
UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBTITLE ARE SUBJECT TO
REVIEW BY THE COURT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF
§ 40 OF THIS ARTICLE.
