1448                                    LAWS OF MARYLAND                           Ch. 115
SECTION 8. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Sections
11D(c) and 302(g) of Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments,
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement
Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and they are hereby
repealed: Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments 11D. [(c) Jurisdiction to try persons charged with this
offense is in the circuit court, but in Baltimore City,
the Municipal Court and Criminal Court have concurrent
jurisdiction.] 302. [(g) The Municipal Court of Baltimore City shall
have concurrent jurisdiction with the Supreme Bench of
Baltimore City to hear and determine any alleged
violation of any provision of this subheading which does
not amount to a felony, unless either the State or the
defendant shall pray a jury trial. ] SECTION 9. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
268a of Article 56 — Licenses, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be
and it is hereby repealed: Article 56 - Licenses [268A. The Municipal Court of Baltimore City shall have
concurrent jurisdiction with the Criminal Court of
Baltimore City to try persons charged with offenses under
this subtitle.]
SECTION 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
