5-105. LOCAL APPROPRIATIONS.
IF A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION HAS THE POWER TO
APPROPRIATE MONEY, IT ANNUALLY MAY IMPOSE A TAX IN THE
POLITICAL SUBDIVISION AND APPROPRIATE AN AMOUNT
SUFFICIENT TO CARRY OUT ITS POWERS AND DUTIES UNDER THIS
TITLE.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
from Art. 1A, §7-701(f).
The section is revised to apply to all of the
powers and duties granted a political
subdivision under this title, rather than, as
presently, only those of present Title 7 of
Art. 1A.
