AN ACT concerning
Frederick County — Orphans' Court Judges
FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the judges of
the Orphans' Court of Frederick County.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article — Estates and Trusts
Section 2-108(1)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 2-108(1) of Article - Estates and
Trusts, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1976 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Article — Estates and Trusts
2-108.
(1) Each of the judges of the court for Frederick
County shall receive an annual compensation of [$2,000]
$2,500 with no additional allowance for expenses.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.
