responsibilities as members of the Commission.
(e) The full Commission shall meet at least twice
each year. If, for any reason, all [12] 14 members are
not present at meetings of the Commission, business may
be conducted by the members present. A decision of the
majority of the members present shall be a decision of
the Commission.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1977.

AN ACT concerning
Garrett and Somerset County Counties - Private
Roads Used by Public
FOR the purpose of removing the exclusion of Garrett and
Somerset County Counties from certain vehicle law
provisions relating to driving vehicles on private
property that is used by the public in general.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article - Transportation
Section 21-101. 1 (b) (1)

(As enacted by Chapter ____ of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1977)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 21-101.1(b)(1) of Article -
Transportation, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (As
enacted by Chapter ____ of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1977) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
Article - Transportation
21-101.1.
(b) (1) Except in Garrett [and Somerset
Counties] COUNTY, a A person may not drive a motor
vehicle in violation of any provision of this title on
any private property that is used by the public in
general.
