FOR the purpose of deleting the time restriction on a
certain right of appeal of certain Charles County
Volunteer Firemen and permitting that appeal at any
time after the posting of certain lists.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 126C(e) of the Public Local Laws
of Charles County being Article 9 of the Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1969 Edition and 1975 Supplement, as
amended) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:
Article 9
126C.
(e) A person whose name does not appear on the
certified list, or who is denied credit for services
prior to January 1, 1974, has the right to appeal [within
30 days following] AT ANY TIME AFTER the posting of these
lists.
