AN ACT concerning
Corrective Bill — Natural Resources
FOR the purpose of correcting technical errors in the
laws relating to Natural Resources.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article - Natural Resources
Section 7-505 (b) and (d), and 7-5A09 (a)(2) and
(e)(1)

Preamble
WHEREAS, Senate Bills 575 and 602 of 1976 amended
subsection (b) of section 7-505. The bills do not
conflict and can be joined in the same subsection by the
word "or", which ought to be added.
In the fourth sentence of subsection (d) of section
7-505 the word "should" ought to be "shall".
The first sentence in sub—subsection (2) of
subsection (a) in § 7—5A09, added in the Natural
Resources Article fay Chapter 899, Acts of 1976, concludes
"post an additional bond of deposit". The "of" should be
"or" .
The second sentence in sub—subsection (1) of
subsection (e) in § 7-5A09, added in the Natural
Resources Article by Chapter 899, Acts of 1976, begins
"The cash deposit of market value of the securities".
The first "of" should be "or"; now, therefore,
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 7-505 (b) and (d), and 7-5A09
(a)(2) and (e)(1) of Article — Natural Resources, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1976
Supplement) be and they are hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
