Section 5-702(g) and 5-715

Preamble
WHEREAS, Paragraph (g) of § 5-702 in the Agriculture
Article, enacted by Chapter 435, Acts of 1976, refers to
"§ 7-105 (e) of this compact". The section to which
reference should have been made is § 5—705.
Section 5—715 in the Agriculture Article, also
enacted by Chapter 435, begins "A request for application
or assistance". The language should be "A request or
application for assistance"; now, therefore,
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 5-702 (g) and 5-715 of Article -
Agriculture, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974
Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and they are hereby
repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as
follows:
Article - Agriculture
5-702.
As used in this compact, unless the context clearly
requires a different construction:
(g) "Executive committee" means the committee
established pursuant to § [7-105(e)]5-705(E) of this
compact.
5-715.
A request [for]OR application [or]FOR assistance
from the Insurance Fund pursuant to §5—706(b) or
§5—708(a) of this subtitle may be made by the Governor of
