Preamble
WHEREAS, In the introductory paragraph in
sub-subsection (1) of subsection (k) in 5 13 of Article
2B, as amended by Chapter 787, Acts of 1976, "fee" should
be plural.
In the next to the last sentence in subsection (b)
of § 40 in Article 28, as amended by Chapter 868, Acts of
1976, the comma following "all officers or directors"
should be deleted.
Chapter 494, Acts of 1976, in amending
sub-subsection (2) of subsection (b) in § 90 of Article
2B, adds "it is lawful for Class C beer licensees in
Caroline County to sell beer between the hours of 8 a.m.
and 12 o'clock midnight on Sunday" at the end of the
seventh sentence in the sub—subsection. This language
was intended to be a separate sentence.
In paragraph (3) of subsection (e) in § 118 of
Article 2B, as amended by Chapter 617, Acts of 1976,
"section" should be "subsection".
Near the end of sub—subsection (1) of subsection (h)
in § 165 of Article 2B, as amended by Chapter 743, Acts
of 1976, "and in" is repeated; now, therefore,
SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Sections 13(k)(1), 40(b), 90(b)(2),
116(e)(3), and 165(h)(1) of Article 2B - Alcoholic
Beverages, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1976
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and they are
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:

13.
(k) (1) In Worcester County the annual [fee]
FEES for the following types of licenses are:
(i) Six day-—$200
(ii) Seven day, applied countywide—$225

(b) If the application is made for a corporation,
