AN ACT concerning
Washington County Board of Education - Expenses
FOR the purpose of granting certain expenses to school

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 37(e) (11) of Article 77 - Public
Education, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1975
Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) be and it is
hereby renumbered to be Section 37(e)(12).
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That new
Section 37(e) (11) be and it is hereby added to Article 77
- Public Education, of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1975 Replacement Volume and 1976 Supplement) to read as
follows:

(e)(11) WASHINGTON COUNTY
(I) MEMBERS...........$300 PER CALENDAR YEAR
(II) ANY AMOUNT OF MONEY PREVIOUSLY PAID TO
BOARD MEMBERS FOR EXPENSES FOR 1977 SHALL BE DEDUCTED
FROM THE $300 EXPENSE ALLOWANCE, SO THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID
DOES NOT EXCEED $300.
