DWELLING HOUSE; AND
(2) TO PROVIDE CONVENIENCE AND SAFETY AS THE
PERSON ENTERS OR LEAVES HIS VEHICLE OR THAT OF ANOTHER.
(B) DISPLAY OF PERMIT.
ON RECEIPT OF THE PERMIT, THE PERSON SHALL AFFIX
IT TO HIS VEHICLE IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE.
(C) ADMINISTRATION TO NOTIFY STATE HIGHWAY
ADMINISTRATION APPROPRIATE HIGHWAY AUTHORITY.
AFTER THE ADMINISTRATION ISSUES THE PERMIT, THE
ADMINISTRATION SHALL NOTIFY THE STATE HIGHWAY
ADMINISTRATION OF ITS ISSUANCE OR, AS TO PARKING SPACES
IN BALTIMORE CITY, THE BALTIMORE CITY DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSIT AND TRAFFIC.
(D) SIGN TO INDICATE RESERVED PARKING SPACE --IN
GENERAL.
EXCEPT IN BALTIMORE CITY, WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER IT
RECEIVES THE NOTIFICATION REQUIRED BY SUBSECTION (C) OF
THIS SECTION, THE STATE HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION SHALL:
(1) PLACE AND MAINTAIN AT THE PROPER PLACE AT
LEAST ONE STURDY UPRIGHT SIGN THAT:
(I) CONTAINS A CLEAR AND EASILY RECOGNIZABLE
REPRESENTATION OF A WHEELCHAIR; AND
(II) PROHIBITS GENERAL PUBLIC PARKING IN THE
RESERVED SPACE; AND
(2) PAINT A RED LINE ON THE CURB, EDGE, OR
SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, LONG ENOUGH TO RESERVE A SPACE FOR
ONE CLASS A (PASSENGER) VEHICLE.
(E) SAME—-BALTIMORE CITY.
IN BALTIMORE CITY, THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A RESERVED
PARKING SPACE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL OF THE
BALTIMORE CITY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSIT AND TRAFFIC, IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHARTER AND PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS OF
BALTIMORE CITY.

and regulations for this section, is deleted
