LAWS OF MARYLAND
(6)               ANY SPECIAL DANGER EXISTS AS TO PEDESTRIANS OR OTHER TRAFFIC OR BECAUSE OF WEATHER OR
HIGHWAY CONDITIONS. REVISOR'S NOTE: This section presently appears as
Art. 66 1/2, §11-801(a) and (d). Subsection (b) of this section is revised to
clarify that the phrase "in compliance

vehicle or other conveyance" rather than "the
driver" who is the subject of the sentence. In subsection (c) (4) of this section, the term
"crest of a grade" is substituted for "hill
crest" to conform to the usage adopted
elsewhere in the Maryland Vehicle Law. See,
e.g., present Art. 66 1/2, §§11-305 and 11-602
— now §§21-305 and 21-602 of this title. The only other changes are in style. 21-301.1. MAXIMUM LIMITS. (A) GENERAL RULE. UNLESS THERE IS A SPECIAL DANGER THAT REQUIRES A
