redemption, shall be entitled to be reimbursed for fees
actually paid for recording the certificate of sale, for
actual attorney's fee, not to exceed the sum of $100.00,
for expenses actually incurred in the service of process
by publication, FOR FEES FOR A NECESSARY TITLE SEARCH,
NOT TO EXCEED $75 FOR EACH PROPERTY, EXCEPT THAT THE
COURT, UPON PROOF THAT THE SEARCH WAS UNUSUALLY
DIFFICULT, WAY ALLOW NOT MORE THAN $100 FOR EACH SEARCH,
and for taxes, together with interest and penalties
thereon, arising subsequent to the date of sale which
have been actually paid by the plaintiff. The plaintiff
shall not be entitled to be reimbursed for any other
expenses incurred by him.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning
State Lottery — Revenues
FOR the purpose of changing the period of accumulation of
State lottery revenues and the time of payment of
these revenues into the general funds of the State
for the fiscal year 1977; providing for payment to
general funds of revenues accumulated on the
effective date of this Act; and providing for
[[the]] no use of these revenues as general funds of
the State for the fiscal year 1978; and providing
for the period of accumulation of State lottery
revenue and the time of payment of those revenues
into the general funds of the State for the fiscal
year 1979 and the subsequent fiscal years.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 20 (c) of Article 88D - State
Lottery, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1969
Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it is
hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read
as follows:
