SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
36A of Article 101 - Workmen's Compensation, of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and
1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

Article 101 — Workmen's Compensation

36A.

The Governor's commission to review laws governing
the workmen's compensation laws shall from time to time,
and at least every five years review the benefit schedule
provided by this article for the purpose of recommending
readjustments to such benefits to reflect the increase in
the cost of living since they were established. At the
conclusion of this review the Commission shall present
its recommendations to the [Legislative Council] GENERAL
ASSEMBLY.

SECTION 9. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
11—205(a) of Article - Agriculture, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975 Supplement) be and it
is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to
read as follows:

Article — Agriculture

11-205.

(a) The Secretary shall:

(1)    Have custody of the State primary
standards of weights and measures and of the other
standards and equipment provided for by this subtitle;

(2)    Keep accurate records of the standards
and equipment;

(3)    Supervise the weights and measures
offered for sale, sold, or used in the State; and

(4)    Submit a report of all the activities of
his office during the previous fiscal year to the
Governor and [legislative council] LEGISLATIVE POLICY
COMMITTEE by September 30.

SECTION 10. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section
6-402(b) of Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings, of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume and 1975
Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
