(C) THE AMOUNT OF AND THE SURETY ON ANY BOND SHALL BE DETERMINED AND APPROVED PURSUANT TO SUBTITLE H OF THE MARYLAND RULES OF PROCEDURE EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THIS IN THE PROPERTY, HOWEVER, IF NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SUFFICIENCY OF A SURETY OR WITH THE AMOUNT OF ANY BOND (D) UNTIL A FINAL ORDER IS ENTERED EITHER ESTABLISHING OR DENYING THE LIEN,__THE ACTION SHALL PROCEED TO TRIAL ON ALL MATTERS AT ISSUE, AS IN THE__CASE OF ANY OTHER PROCEEDINGS IN EQUITY. 9-107.
