SIMILAR PURCHASES, LESS THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID FOR    THE

PURCHASES. The board is authorized to inspect the

premises of all holders of Class B and C licenses in the
county to determine their compliance with all laws

applicable to the sale of beer, wines and liquors in the
county.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 16-109(e) be and it is hereby
added to Article 66 1/2 - Vehicle Laws, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1970 Replacement Volume and 1975
Supplement) to read as follows:
