AN ACT concerning
Dorchester County — Deer Hunting
FOR the purpose of regulating the hunting, pursuing and
killing of deer of either sex in Dorchester County;
placing a time limit upon the application of this
regulation; specifying the number and species of
deer which may be killed; and pertaining to the
requirement of a regular or special permit.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 10-415.1 of Article - Natural
Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed:

10-415.1.
[(a) Antlerless deer in place of antlered deer may
be hunted, pursued, or killed only by special permit
during the firearms season, except in that portion of
Dorchester County lying south and west of highway O.S.
Route 50. Two deer of either sex may be taken without
the need for a special permit. North and east of highway
U.S. Route 50 in Dorchester County one deer of either
sex may be taken.
