(Senate Bill 464)

AN ACT concerning

Property Tax Credit - Eastern Shore Threshermen and
Collectors Association, Inc.

FOR the purpose of providing a tax credit from county or
city taxation on property owned by the Eastern Shore
Threshermen and Collectors Association Inc., of
Caroline County.

BY adding to

Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes

Section 9C(f-1)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1975 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 9C(f-1) be and it is hereby
added to Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1975 Replacement Volume and 1975
Supplement) to read as follows:

Article 81 — Revenue and Taxes

9C.

(F-1) IN CAROLINE COUNTY, REAL AND TANGIBLE PERSONAL
PROPERTY OWNED BY THE EASTERN SHORE [[THRESEHSRMEN]]
THRESHERMEN AND COLLECTORS ASSOCIATION, INC.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
