and of all security interests, liens, or encumbrances
upon the vehicle and the names and addresses of all
persons having any interest therein and the nature of the
interest;

4.    The signature, written in pen and ink,
of (i) every owner who is an individual; (ii) an officer
or authorized agent of the owner, if the owner is a
corporation; (iii) a partner or joint enterpriser, if the
owner is a partnership or joint enterprise; (iv) an
officer or authorized agent, or a trustee, if the owner
is an unincorporated association or joint stock company
as contemplated in § 6—406 of the Courts and Judicial
Proceedings Article of the Code, or a trust; and

5.    Further information as reasonably
required by the Department to enable it to determine if
the owner is entitled to a certificate of title.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

CHAPTER 280
(Senate Bill 268)

Plumbing

FOR the purpose of providing for the [[regulation of
practical plumbing and gasfitting; creating a State
Board of Commissioners of Practical Plumbing;
providing for its composition and terms of office;
providing for compensation for Commissioners;
requiring a license to practice plumbing or
gasfitting and establishing penalties for
non-compliance; creating certain powers and
establishing certain duties for the Board; providing
for procedures for application and issuance of
licenses and fees therefor; providing for
examinations and conditions precedent to licensure;
establishing prohibitive practices and authorizing
the denial, revocation, or suspension of licenses in
certain instances; providing for the promulgation of
the Plumbing Code and amendments thereto; enacting
provisions applicable to all persons who are
licensed or who are practicing plumbing or
gasfitting before July 1, 1976; establishing
penalties for non-compliance with the subtitle; and
generally relating to the licensing and regulation
of the practice of plumbing and gasfitting in the
