PRACTICE OF ACCOUNTANCY. WHENEVER FEASIBLE THESE

SESSIONS SHALL BE OFFERED AT REASONABLE INTERVALS WITHIN
EACH COUNTY AND WITHIN EACH MAJOR GEOGRAPHICAL AREA OF
THE LARGER COUNTIES.

(II) NOT MORE THAN 20 HOURS OF THE 40

HOUR REQUIREMENT MAY BE MET BY COURSES OF HOME STUDY

APPROVED BY THE BOARD OR AS SERVICE AS A TEACHER,

LECTURER OR DISCUSSION LEADER IN ACCOUNTING AND RELATED

SUBJECTS APPROVED BY THE BOARD.

(3) THE REQUIREMENT MUST BE MET THE SECOND

REGISTRATION DATE__FOLLOWING ITS ADOPTION OR THE INITIAL

REGISTRATION DATE OF AN INDIVIDUAL, WHICHEVER IS LATER.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Horse Stables — Inspection

FOR the purpose of providing for annual inspection fees
to be paid by licensees to the State Board of
Inspection of Horse Riding Stables; providing for a
hearing in certain cases; permitting the Board to
impound a horse in certain cases; providing a
procedure to reclaim possession of the horse;
providing for disposition of horses in certain
cases; permitting the Board to apply for injunctive
relief in certain cases; granting certain immunity;
and generally relating to the regulation of horse
riding and rental stables.
