AN ACT concerning

Surveyors and Engineers — Reexamination

FOR the purpose of permitting an applicant who has failed
an examination for registration as a professional
engineer or land surveyor to apply for reexamination
under certain conditions; providing for review and
confirmation of certain tests and scores and for a
conference in certain circumstances; and repealing
provisions prohibiting further reexamination under
certain conditions.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
